Ms. Hausdorff was absolutely brilliant and so calm considering the barely-hidden venom being directed her way. Yet, as bad as things (for Jews and supporters of Israel) are in Great Britain, they're even worse just to the west, in Ireland.

Maybe we can request that the the Lucky Charms leprechaun conduct a hearing on Israel/Palestine.

I'd trust that leprechaun more than any Irish politician!

Natasha Hausdorff was impeccable in her presentation. She was extremely articulate, knowledgeable and legally accurate about the situation.

Thornberry was an embarrassment and a disgrace. Childish, rude, jealous and ragingly antisemitic, her behaviour was a lesson in how not to conduct oneself in a serious enquiry.

She made herself look foolish.

She really was outrageously behaved. Patronising and bitchy.

I heard about this first from Eve Barlow's sub stack, and even though I planned to just watch a few minutes, I watched all 46 minutes of this saga. I commented that Thornberry is like Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter personified (including the pink suit). Meanwhile, Natasha Hausdorff is my new hero. It should be required viewing for anyone who wants tips on public speaking and how to stay calm and measured in the face of idiocy.

And Natasha is Hermione, with the hair to match!

Delicious.

It’s actually amazing how accurate the descriptions are. Kudos to the original commenter who pointed it out.

Great essay. I watched some of this surreal, disgusting spectacle. It’s astonishing this is the best the anti-Zionists can do, but sadly it’s all they really need to do to keep Israel on the defensive while it fights pitched and political battles for its life against scores of enemies. And neither the “dame” nor any of the others clownishly interrogating Hausdorff have anything at stake in the conflict. It’s a spectator sport to them, that tragically they are allowed to interfere with and exploit for their own personal gain.

But to me the most sickening moment was the dame’s cackle at the very end, betraying that she doesn’t actually care about any of this at all and it’s all just a game to her. Sickening.

She knows she embarrassed herself. It was a nervous laugh.

I friggin’ loved watching both natasha and Jonathan Sacerdoti take down these aholes. This set up reminded me of the heinous Disputation of the Middle Ages. (And since I have your attention, I recommend a listen to the interview Corey Booker) the mensch who keeps raising the mensch bar) gave to the otherwise snivelling David Remnick (who lost all my respect these past nearly 600 days) and what Booker had to say about “generational” behaviours …)

Hausdorff gives a stunning logical truthful empathic factual unbiased report. The snorting bull of commitee chairbeast just makes her look better. The little men on the committee can't be seen.

NH is an amazing woman. Yes and Thornberry behaved like a bully.

That said, I take issue with the AGEIST tone of your article. Getting old, especially as a woman, is a cruel business. I want you to remember "levels of vaginal lubrication" when you are yourself 60 and struggling to remain relevant and visible. It's fucking hard. Your "ad feminam" comments are shameful.

I will remember it absolutely when I'm no longer at my current vaginal lubrication level (thanks for the reminder), and above all I will remember not to treat younger women in the shameful way MK Thornberry treated Natasha. You can take issue with my words all you want, but the reason that "ad feminam" attacks against people like MK Thornberry exist is because she and other women like her bring them onto themselves.
