If an American got on the radio every night in 1943 wringing their hands about poor little Hans in Germany, how his home has been destroyed by American bombs and he's hungry because of the American blockade, nobody would be foolish enough to believe that it's out of pure concern for the German children. It's acting as an enemy propagandist, very clearly.

The US was at war with Germany. We aren’t at war with anyone in the Middle East now and certainly not with stateless refugees. I know it’s a subtle point, but Israel is a separate country from us and not a 51st state.

(eyeroll) thanks for the semantic wrangling. Hamas and their buddies like the Houthis, which the US are currently bombing by the way, certainly consider themselves to be at war with us. And it's perfectly possible to act as a propagandist for a country that you aren't at war against. But if you want the metaphor to be more accurate, that's fine, just replace "American bombs" and "American blockade" with "British bombs" and "British blockade."

If Ms. Rachel truly loves all children, she should start focusing on ALL children who are actually being starved, abused and forced into slavery. It will take her viewers to many countries of the world, and her children will have such pleasant things to think about as they fall off to sleep at night.

Ms. Rachel is no Mr. Rogers that’s for sure. Nor is she anywhere close to Levar Burton in Reading Rainbow, Steve from Blue Clues or the cast of Sesame Street. Her content is also clearly Pro-Hamas propaganda whether she realizes it or not. Also, why does she just focus on Palestinian children? Why does she never mention the Israeli children who were killed on October 7th? Or Israeli children who cry and shed tears as they and their parents hide in bomb shelters? Or the Israeli children like the Bibas Twins or the other children kidnapped by the animals in Hamas on October 7th? Some of them like the aforementioned Bibas Twins, were murdered.

Nowhere to be found that’s where! Ms. Rachel couldn’t care less about Israeli children. She never condemned the horrible things Hamas did to Israeli children, she never talked about how they use Palestinian children to build their tunnels, their indoctrination of Palestinian children in UNRWA schools, or how they brainwash parents into thinking its an honor when their child is killed by the IDF or commits a suicide bombing. It seems to have slipped her mind. 😉 Yes, Gazan children who died or have been injured as collateral damage in the war is very sad but that is distinct from intentional genocide. She acts as if Israel was responsible for the people in Gaza starving. Nope. That was Hamas’ fault after all, it was they who stole the humanitarian aid the world sent the people of Gaza and then took it and either kept for themselves or sold it back to them at inflated prices.

She also never makes any mention of how Hamas treats women as chattel, executes LGBTQ+ people, treats Christians and black people as second-class citizens, practice open slavery, jail, torture and execute dissenters, brutally crush peaceful protests, use civilians as human shields, and don’t allow Jews to become citizens of Gaza.

Again, funny how she forgot to mention all that. 😉 I guess she has a bad memory or is suffering from amnesia. She is a useful idiot for Hamas and I have no doubt the leadership of Hamas love her and her YouTube channel because it basically makes propaganda for them. Also, if she really wants to help the people of Gaza she should call for Hamas to lay down their arms and release the rest of the hostages! She should also highlight the voices of Palestinian peace advocates like Hamza Howidy, Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib, John Aziz, Bassem Eid, and the Green Prince.

I liked Ms Rachel. She was good with young children, and no where near as annoying as some others (eg Blippi).

That being said, she stayed silent on the 7th, and I gave her a pass because it's a heavy topic and it's a children's show. But apparently it wasn't out of any desire to shield children from horror and harm that she shut up, it was because of whom the victims were. I welcome Ms Rachel to come out to Israel and film an episode in one of the daycares that was burnt.

This really just goes to show, the world is actually divided into Jews and antisemites (and a few outstanding righteous amongst the nations).

I could only listen to her for about 5 seconds. I would rather soak my head in turpentine! If ALL children are as equal where is the outrage for those in say Africa, or even in the US or in Europe who are homeless or go hungry?

Gazan children are more equal than they are.

Unfortunately, Ms Rachel is not much different from many a teacher or educator. There was no one protesting Pro Palestinians or declaring Israel hasa right to defend itself from terrorism.

I hope upon hope that Ms Rachel gets laryngitis.

Ms. Rachel is annoying as fuck! I’m grateful that my children weren’t subjected to this kind of crap when they were little. Sure, we had to endure “Caillou,” but Rachel is far beyond even that level of dreck!

I would happy contribute to a fund to send Ms.Rachel a one-way ticket to Gaza.

Would only offer to contribute to such a fund if she livestreams an episode of her show from there, so we can see what happens.

I do wonder what the average person like her knows about the topic. I always wonder if they would change their tune if they knew what we know, do they read anything about it or just TikTok? Or does Jew-hatred make them not even care to look much into it?

Good post, but unclear why you are happy not to have children. I wish we had more than five. Doesn't matter, Baruch Hashem the Chasidim are prolific and more than compensate.
