Robin Diangelo never thought she would have to explain her positions point by point to an ideologically hostile audience. She can’t defend her stance. She doesn’t have to. She preaches to the choir and anyone who objects gets shamed and silenced.

People get sharper when exposed to opposing views and being forced to defend their views-on the merits.

Coddling folks like Robin Diangelo enables nonsense to pass as scholarship.

I honestly think we are now living in a society where exposing oneself to opposing views is frowned upon if not actively discouraged. After Matt (in disguise) introduced himself to DiAngelo, she responded "well nowadays you can never be too careful..." And so many people don't want to rock the boat with their friends and family, they think it's just better to avoid controversial topics all together.

Thanks for this. As a teacher I was forced to sit though meetings where people were supposed to identify as white and admit how privileged and horrible they are. There were people of many skin shades in the room. I do not see how it is a provide for anyone to get up at 5 am daily to go to work where someone tells them they are a bad person because they are white. Not only is that racist. It is abuse.

Forget racism - getting up at 5am daily for work is a crime by itself!

I said this in 2020 when everyone was obsessed with her book and got a lot of defensive flack from people, but it's WILD to me that everyone sent a mediocre book about racism by a mediocre white woman to the top of the bestseller's list when there are excellent books about race and racism by smart black writers out there that no one was talking about (edit: okay, not "no one" obviously, but not enough people). Anyway, my recommendation for a GOOD book about race and racism is "The History of White People" by Nell Irvin Painter or literally anything by Thomas Sowell (Black Rednecks and White Liberals maybe is the place to start).

Those books require too much critical thinking on the part of the reader to be bestsellers

You could try releasing a TikTok video summarizing their arguments, that would help get the word out to people with short attention spans.

She really is a fraud. And so is pretty much every other white person capitalizing on DEI after 2016 so they can get rich being a white savior— it’s creepy behavior like get some other hobbies or find another way of making $$$

Yes I agree. And it's completely ridiculous to me how the same people who claim to reject white savior-ism look to DiAngelo as some sort of DEI goddess. The hypocrisy is real.

She has always been a sinister fraud! I’ve been saying so since I first heard about her ridiculous corporate con.

Glad more people are waking up to her nonsense shakedown.

Ridicule is generally a potent weapon of the Left. Nice to see it launched from a conservative base.
